elizabethI haaaaaaate group therapy. Even the sessions that do not leave me wanting to kill myself rather than go back are tiring and cranky-making and generally FULL OF BLEH.
Seeriously, this is a medium that is profoundly fucking unnatural to me. The cure is almost worse than the disease, especially since the patient is taking her medication and exercising and doing practically everything else right — okay, so I stretched the metaphor, but seriously, I am getting better at the things Dr. L. thinks I needed group therapy for, and my hand to God, it has nothing to do with group, it has to do with finding people I like.
